zero-waste energy bites
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. honey
1 c. oats
1/3 c. coconut
1 1/2 Tbsp. wholewheat flour
6 Tbsp. chocolate chips
mix. form into 1 1/2 inch balls. chill. we adapted this recipe to what we had...with all bulk ingredients, and...yum! a little jar in the backpack + off you go!
