june's wardrobe came out of a travel bag for the first half of the month. my travel wardrobe worked out wonderfully well. i was so happy with my little collection of pieces that could mix and match for the different weather situations. it was in the upper 60s and lower 70s F for most of the trip, although there were a few hot days in los angeles and on the road. we had our coldest evening during a brilliant lumineers concert, so i was happy for both my warm sweater and jacket. we were able to do laundry once a week, which made the amount of clothes we took work well. it also helped that we didn't get very sweaty in the cooler temperatures, so we could wear some things a few times without feeling gross. :)
the second half of the month was spent doing laundry :), and wearing my warm weather clothes. i didn't let anything go this month, but did add the two pieces i mentioned previously.
so here are the pieces i'm going to wear in july...
jumpsuits:

-white tank
-black tee
-red block print
shorts:
-denim cut-offs
dress:
-white linen

-grey cardigan

-flip-flops
-clog sandals
total: 12 pieces
jumpsuits and dresses are one-piece dressing options that i love. i'm all about simple, and it doesn't get anymore simple than that. linen and cotton are going to keep me cool, i hope. going bare foot is my preference, but slipping flip-flops on is easy enough. if i want to look a bit less casual, i'll put on my clog sandals. the grey cardigan gets thrown in my bag for chilly air-conditioned spots.
that's about it. i'm as ready for the heat of july as i can be. how is your summer wardrobe serving you?
