Easiest Pickled Radishes
radishes, sliced
chives, chopped
salt
sugar
cayenne
vinegar
I simply packed the jar tight with radishes + chives, sprinkled the seasonings on top, poured the jar full of vinegar and screwed the top on. Shake well before refrigerating. These will taste best after a few hours and will keep up to a week. Yum.
